Yannis Orfanos
My work focuses on cities and information technology. Generation of computational tools (data-driven analysis, parametric urban design, real-time performance data) to better understand how cities/urban environments work and address existing or emerging challenges. I hold a Diploma in Architectural Engineering from NTUA and postgraduate studies in Design Research Lab in Architectural Association. I have worked as architect and planner in Athens, London, and Barcelona. Currently, live in Boston and work at Harvard University as a researcher on sustainable infrastructure systems and healthier cities.
